During this assessment, our team will work with your child to establish the areas for growth to determine the best fit for treatment. We provide an in-depth analysis to identify and explain all individual strengths and challenges. With our analysis, we will then determine a comprehensive plan that will realistically address next steps for your child and your family.

Treatment Plans

Our treatment and services include: comprehensive developmental evaluations by our staff, autism evaluations, home and/or school observations, collaboration with other providers and specialists, parent support and continuity of care.

At Eastern Shore Developmental Clinic, we look at your family unit and help determine the best ways to serve your family during this time of transition and growth. Each family is unique and we make sure our plan is the perfect fit for your lifestyle!

Developmental Screenings

This is where we get to know your child and help determine the best fit for them. We provide an in-depth analysis to identify and explain all individual strengths and challenges. With our analysis, we determine a comprehensive plan that realistically addresses the next steps for your child and your family.

IN ORDER FOR A CHILD TO REMAIN A “CONTINUOUS PATIENT”, AND NOT A FOLLOW UP PATIENT, THE CHILD MUST BE FOLLOWED AS A CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENTAL PATIENT, WITHOUT A BREAK IN SERVICES. OTHERWISE, THE CHILD OR PATIENT MUST HAVE NEW REFERRAL SENT BACK TO THE CLINIC AGAIN.

CHILDREN CHANGE RAPIDLY. THE CONCERNS WE MAY HAVE PREVIOUSLY ADDRESSED MAY NOT BE THE REASON THEY COME BACK TO THE CLINIC THE NEXT VISIT. WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE REASON FOR REFERRAL AND ADDRESS THOSE IN THE CORRECT CLINIC TYPE.
